New Cryptoblade Tool

PlayToEarn games have been so hot lately – from axie infinity, gods unclained, lost relics, cryptoblades, and more. I myself have been playing for a couple of days now my characters just reached level 21. It’s a very simple game, I play it every morning for around 20 minutes. If you like to try it, just check youtube for videos on how to start.

After a couple of days of playing, I found myself wanting to win more with certainty. I found a lot of useful tools out there for combat simulation which calculates your winning probability such as:

The tools above are so useful but I wanted to make it more simple and easier to use without switching tabs or have to copy and paste the stats of my character and the enemy. I created a tool that uses chrome extension that is not intrusive in any way since it is just scraping the cryptoblades combat page with information and computing your combat winning probability. No API calls and no need to send your metamask address.

I have placed my code in GITHUB, please send me a PR if you want to contribute.

How does it work?

  • Open cryptoblades site https://app.cryptoblades.io/
  • Please register if you are still not a member.
  • When you are ready! (meaning you have a character and a weapon)
  • Go to combat
  • Select a stamina cost
  • Select a weapon
  • Once, you see the enemy list
  • Click the MTP icon on your chrome extension
  • It should show you your combat winning probability at the bottom of the page near the FIGHT button.

How to install?

2 options available – I would recommend the first option since it is very quick to install an extension through chrome web store.

  • Get from the chrome web store
    • Link – This was just approved by the Chrome web store.
  • Manually install
    • Download the code thru Git
    • Open Chrome browser:
      • On menu -> More Tools -> Extensions
      • Select button “Load unpacked”.
      • Select the directory where you download the tool.
    • Click the extension button in the browser and pin the tool.

Disclaimer: Not tested on characters greater than level 35 and weapons greater than 4 stars. Will keep you posted on the testing. PEACE!
